I am Mrs. Natascia Epps-Hamlett, your dedicated Instructional Coach here at Highland Middle School.

As the instructional coach, I proudly serve as an educational leader within our school community. I work closely alongside our school principal, assistant principals, esteemed teachers, and district officials to empower and support educators in realizing their goals for enhancing student learning and classroom engagement.

My role is that of a trusted partner, committed to providing data-driven feedback to our teachers. Our shared objective is to continuously refine instructional strategies, incorporate pertinent resources, and create vibrant learning experiences that enrich our students' educational journey.

I am dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence in teaching and nurturing a dynamic and thriving atmosphere for our students.

• I hold a Master of Education in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University.

• I completed the EDTPA Pathway to Practice Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning certification in Middle-Grade Science for grades 6-9.

• My undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Human Services from Ashford University.
