My name is Grisel Cuadrado, and I am honored to serve as the Principal at Western Harnett Middle School!  I’ve worked in Harnett County Schools for twenty-four years. My journey in education began as a Spanish teacher at Overhills Middle School. In 2014, I joined the administration team at Coats Elementary as an Assistant Principal, where I later served as the Principal.  I’m passionate about fostering a caring environment that values and addresses the unique needs of the students and their families. My goal is to develop a safe and collaborative atmosphere where students can learn and grow.  At Western Harnett Middle School we want to prepare individuals that will contribute to the betterment of our diverse society and community. 

By establishing relationships and partnering with the community, we can serve our children and improve their education and opportunities for their future. Through our united efforts, we'll continue to help our students reach new heights at Western Harnett Middle School.

I am an experienced educator and administrator with a 22-year career primarily focused on elementary education. For the past two years, I have broadened my expertise by transitioning into middle school administration, applying my extensive teaching background and prior administrative experience to enhance educational leadership.

Since 2015, I have been a dedicated member of the Harnett County School community. My commitment to excellence in education and passion for student development have been the driving forces behind my career, fostering a positive impact on student growth.
