Mrs. Crews' Mission Statement

To cultivate a love for reading, writing, and critical thinking. I aim to inspire curiosity and creativity, develop strong communication skills, and build a supportive classroom community where every student feels confident and empowered to express their ideas. Together, we will explore diverse texts, share our stories, and strive for academic excellence, preparing ourselves for the challenges and opportunities ahead. I envision a space where curiosity is encouraged, creativity flourishes, and critical thinking is the norm. Through collaborative and independent learning experiences, students will develop a deep appreciation for literature, strong writing skills, and effective communication abilities. I strive to foster a community of respect, empathy, and resilience, preparing students to be lifelong learners and thoughtful, responsible citizens in a diverse and ever-changing world.
