About Me:
Hello class! I am Mrs. Matthews, your math and science teacher. I am so excited to meet you and be your teacher this year. I have 20+ years of teaching and I have taught most of those years here at Western Harnett Middle School. I attended East Carolina University where I earned my teaching degree. I am married and have three children. We also have two dogs, Lilly and Charlie. Some things I enjoy are photography, reading, yoga, and spending time with my family. I am looking forward to having a fun and exciting year with you and can’t wait to get to know all of you!
