School Bus Transportation for the 2022-2023 School Year Requested
Please click on the link below to complete a form to request or decline bus transportation. Please complete the form even if your child will be a car rider (mornings and afternoons) or a car rider/bus rider. July 15th is the deadline to complete the form.

This information will be considered your child's everyday transportation plan unless you send a note to school requesting a different transportation plan for your child. For example, your child is a bus rider every afternoon, but you need your child to be a car rider one afternoon. If your child's transportation needs change during the school year due to moving to a new residence in our attendance area or beginning a new daycare, you would need to come to school to complete a new transportation assignment form.
